Return and Refund

  1. Return Policy

At Mahvish Naeem, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • The item must not be a non-returnable item as specified below in Section 3.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Customer Support: Please email us at SUPPORT@MAHVISHNAEEM.COM or whatsapp us at 03278988881within the specified return period, providing your order details and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

b. Package the Item: After receiving confirmation from our customer support team, carefully package the item and ensure it is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.

c. Shipping the Item: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item.

d. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Please refer to the Refund Policy (Section 4) below for more information on how refunds are processed.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and not eligible for a refund:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned beyond the specified return period.
  1. Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must meet the conditions stated in our Return Policy (Section 1).

b. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

c. Refund Timeline: The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  1. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item, you may initiate a return as described in our Return Policy (Section 1) and place a new order for the desired item separately.

We reserve the right to update and modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
